The unique module system provides users with maximum flexibility in assembling precisely fitting coupling designs – matching components, such as brake discs or drums and torsion shafts, can be adjusted to meet specific requirements.
– The TNZ ZCHUU gear coupling bells have straight internal teeth while the hubs have external teeth with variable radii. As a result, the shafts can move within the housing space and thus compensate for the angular misalignment, radial runout, and axial misalignment of adjacent shaft ends within the specified tolerance. Depending on the type and size of the coupling, standard teeth allow angular misalignment of up to 0.5 degrees on each tooth plane and axial movement of several mm. Radial shaft displacement speed may occur depending on the distance between two tooth planes.
