– The KTR Poly-Norm ADR coupling is a compact and flexible torsionally elastic coupling designed for vibration reduction.
– It is a three-part shaft coupling designed to transmit torque while minimizing torsional vibrations.
– The elastomer damping rings can be replaced during installation.
– Torque range: from 0 – 67,000 Nm.
– Bore diameter: up to 280 mm.
– Allows for the removal of the locking device without the need to displace the driving or driven shaft in the axial direction.
– The KTR Poly-Norm ADR product features a compact design that enables the coupling of shafts with particularly short center distances. The elastomer rings placed between the cams transmit torque while compensating for any type of displacement. Torque is transmitted through the elastomer rings between the cams, which also compensate for displacements and reduce shocks and torsional vibrations.
– The KTR Poly-Norm ADR comprises two hubs, half of whose cams are inserted into the specially designed gaps of the other hub. Components within the same size of the coupling can easily be combined, allowing for different shaft center distances with the same basic component.
