– Cross Morse CSF Series: Utilizes ball bearings for power transmission and employs fixed-ratchet mechanisms at a specific position to ensure that the next overload event occurs. The ratchet mechanism allows for high-speed operation and easy recovery of drive force in case of overload caused by inertia during the next start, while still ensuring synchronization between input and output.
– Cross Morse CSY Series: Constructed with 7 rollers to transmit force, ensuring that there is only one engagement position of the drive, allowing for complete synchronization between the motor and the drive coupling.
– Cross Morse CSL Series: Designed with a retaining ring to prevent drive disengagement but allows enough movement to trigger a limit switch.
