– TNS Ringfeder (Intermediate ring) damping rubber washer in Elastomer Jaw Couplings RINGFEDER^® TNS is specially designed to ensure flexible torque transmission, optimal damping and protection of the transmission system under various working conditions.
– TNS washers are available in different hardness levels: Perbunan Pb72, Pb82, Vulkolan VkR and Vk60D.
– Higher hardness → greater torque resistance, but also increased torsional stiffness. Users can choose the appropriate washer depending on the load, precision and required damping level.
– Outstanding torque resistance:
+ Nominal torque (TKN): is transmitted continuously during operation.
+ Maximum torque (TKMAX): can withstand short-term situations, up to 10⁵ times, for example during start-up.
+ Suitable for both light-medium load applications and heavy-load applications – frequent starts.
