– Martin Go-Flex damping rubber couplings are available from standard to extreme duty, high temperature, and metal detectable options.
There are 4 colors:
+ SD Standard Duty (Red): Urethane compound. Function: Vibration reduction, shock load cushioning, reverse or quick start/stop of high inertial loads.
+ MD Medium Duty (Dark Blue): Medium to high torque. Higher durometer urethane leads to harder particles designed for higher torque applications than regular particles.
+ XD Extreme Duty (Black): Used for high torque applications.
+ HT Hi-Temp (White): Urethane compound manufactured for high-temperature applications. Applications: Medium to high torque.
+ FG Food Grade Metal Detectable (Light Blue): Manufactured with FDA compliant additives to provide metal detectability. Applications: Food and chemical industries where plastic contamination affects production.
– Working environment: -50°C to 100°C.
