+ Stage 2 – As Load Increases: The elastomer rollers are compressed and deform along the guide contours. Torsional stiffness progressively increases, allowing the coupling to transmit higher torque while maintaining its damping characteristics.
+ Stage 3 – Under Severe Overload: The integrated Mechanical Stop engages, creating a positive mechanical connection between the coupling halves before the elastomer rollers are damaged by excessive deformation. This helps protect the coupling under abnormal overload conditions.
