– Suitable for temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C.
– Outer diameter up to 400 mm.
– Maximum bore diameter: 160 mm.
– Torque up to TKn = 8,900 Nm / TKmax = 26,700 Nm.
– Maximum speed up to n max = 7,250 revolutions per minute (rpm).
– Intermediate rings are loaded when compressed.
– Short flange design version.
– The Ringfeder TNS SV coupling is capable of rotating flexibly in all directions and compensating for angular, parallel, and axial misalignments of connected machines. The intermediate resilient rings absorb torsional impacts and vibrations, are oil-resistant, and largely unaffected by temperature. The resilient materials used operate reliably within the temperature range of -30°C to +100°C.
– The Ringfeder TNS SV with a short flange design version allows dangerous torsional vibrations from the machine’s operating range to be transferred to a speed range without any negative effects. The intermediate rings can be replaced after shifting the shaft with the installed shaft.
