– The Ringfeder TNM Nor-Mex LG coupling is a flexible, torsionally resilient coupling that compensates for defined angular, radial, and axial misalignments. Torque transmission occurs through resilient buffer sets loaded during compression.
These buffers are made of synthetic rubber (Pb) and are interconnected to form an intermediate ring. The buffers dampen vibrations and torsional oscillations, are oil-resistant, and conductive. One half of the coupling consists of two parts, allowing easy separation of the connected machinery. One half of the coupling can be removed radially. The buffers can be replaced without moving the machinery.
– With a 3-part design, the Ringfeder TNM LG coupling allows for intermediate ring replacement without axial movement of the drive components via flange faces, externally centered. It has the flexibility to rotate in any direction, compensating for angular, parallel, and axial misalignments of the connected machinery. The intermediate rings have different shore hardness levels: standard Pb72 and hard Pb82.
