– The Shrink Discs RfN 4022 is manufactured by Ringfeder/Germany.
– Clamping length: 176mm.
– Maximum torque T: 426,000 Nm.
– The shaft diameter and the smooth diameter with surface finish and tolerance are easily achievable.
– Easy adjustment, installation, and disassembly with minimal susceptibility to dirt.
– Includes one or two thrust rings with tapered bores and an inner ring in a conical shape.
– By tightening the locking screws, the thrust rings are pulled together to compress the inner ring and exert pressure on the outer circumference to clamp it onto the shaft.
– Positioned around the center, with only one transmission interface, the shrink disc method provides distinct advantages such as providing concentric connection capability and suitable balance for high-speed applications.
