1. What is a cooling tower?
A cooling tower is a device used to reduce the temperature of excess heat in water to the atmosphere. A cooling tower converts excess heat energy through the evaporation of water into the air. As a result, the remaining water in the device will be cooled.
A cooling tower is used in industries such as refrigeration, plastics, seafood, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals or electric cables. It is a device used to reduce the temperature of a water stream by extracting heat from water and releasing it into the atmosphere. 2. Operating principle of cooling tower:
Cooling towers are divided into many different types, but in general they have the following operating principle:
Cooling towers are designed in the form of a direct air flow with a vertical direction down to the water tank.
Initially, the air flow contacts the cooling membrane environment, then the air flow is pulled up vertically. The water flow is sprayed down due to air pressure and falls through the cooling plate surface, the wind flow is in the opposite direction.
When water and air meet, a small amount of water will evaporate, creating a cooling effect and then pumped back to the condenser or treatment device where it absorbs heat. Then it will be pumped back to the cooling tower to cool again.

3. Classification of cooling towers:
Based on the design shape, Cooling towers are divided into two main types: round towers and square towers.
However, in terms of operating principles, they are divided into natural convection towers and mechanical convection towers.
