KTR Germany has recently introduced a new black Rotex GS Elastomeric Spider. This type of damping rubber serves to reduce shock, absorb vibration, and dampen torsional oscillations, thereby increasing the efficiency of the coupling by approximately 40% at temperatures from +60°C.

1. About The New Rotex GS Elastomeric Spider:

– The elastomeric spider is primarily used for Rotex GS couplings, but it can also be used for Rotex Standard shaft couplings.
– The Rotex GS elastomeric spider has an operating temperature range from +60°C to +120°C.
– This new line of damping rubber is characterized by extremely high compression strength at temperatures up to 120°C while maintaining all positive technical properties: damping and wear resistance to ensure durable coupling operation, avoiding severe impacts.
– It has extremely high durability made from a new thermoplastic polyurethane material, also known as TPU, with hardness of 52 Shore D and 65 Shore D.
– The Rotex GS spider can be combined with all types of hubs within the non-backlash Rotex GS coupling range.
– The Rotex GS damping rubber is available for sizes: Spider Rotex GS 19, Spider Rotex GS 24, Spider Rotex GS 28, Spider Rotex GS 38, Spider Rotex GS 42.
