CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

The following cases are excluded from the warranty policy:
– The product is out of the warranty period stated on the warranty card, or the warranty card is lost.
– Warranty seals are torn, broken, tampered with, overlapped, or altered.
– The warranty card does not clearly state the serial number and purchase date.
– Product damage or malfunction caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the user manual or technical specifications.
– Damage caused by fire or explosion due to improper usage.
– Damage resulting from external factors such as dropping, breakage, impact, scratches, dents, moisture, corrosion, water leakage, fire, natural disasters, or insect intrusion.

CONDITIONS FOR FREE WARRANTY SERVICE

Products are eligible for free warranty service when all of the following conditions are met:
– The product is still within the warranty period and has been registered for warranty (calculated from the purchase date stated on the invoice).
– The warranty period is clearly stated on the warranty card and follows the regulations of each manufacturer for technical defects.
– The product malfunction is caused by internal components or manufacturing defects.
– A valid warranty card, manufacturer’s warranty seal on the product, or an official invoice from daihongphat.asia is provided.

WARRANTY, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT FEES

– Free warranty cases: Customers are not required to pay any costs, including repair, replacement, or transportation fees.
– Non-warranty cases: Customers are responsible for all repair costs, spare part costs, and transportation fees.
