– Dai Hong Phat has nationwide delivery service, applicable to customers who buy directly at the company, on the website, fanpage, phone calls and e-commerce platforms.
– Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through the most reputable shipping companies today.

PRODUCT CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY

Step 1: After successfully placing an order, our customer service staff will contact the Customer by phone to confirm order information.
Step 2: At the delivery location, the Customer checks the order and package status before signing the Delivery Record. Dai Hong Phat does not apply Co-inspection of goods.

When opening the package, you should note the following:

– Record the entire process of unpacking and checking the product for evidence.
– Compare and check goods with delivery notes.
– Check the quantity and type of products as well as labels and defects on the products.

If you are not satisfied with the above, the Customer can request and confirm a return.
For return requests without Video of opening and checking goods, Dai Hong Phat Company will not be responsible for resolving.
